How long will my order take to arrive?+
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 7–15 business days in the US and 10–20 internationally. Every order ships with tracking. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat $9.95 shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard?+
Our artisan keycaps fit standard mechanical keyboards with Cherry MX-style stems (the most common switch type — Cherry, Gateron, Kailh and most hot-swap boards). Each product page lists the profile and any specifics. If you're unsure, message us with your keyboard model and we'll confirm.
What's your return policy?+
You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll sort it out. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and we never store your card details. You'll enter your payment info on Stripe's secure hosted page.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Because we dispatch quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.
Do you restock sold-out items?+
Often, yes — our collection is curated and rotates. If something you love is out of stock, reach out and we can let you know if and when it's coming back.
