- Orders under $75: a flat $9.95 standard shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery times
Every Kirei piece is carefully sourced and quality-checked before it goes out, so we dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships you’ll get an email with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for international orders, depending on your location and local carriers. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and busy periods can add a little time.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore. Any duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient, per local rules.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, just email us and we’ll walk you through it.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the returned item. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — no fuss.
